How the Process Works

  • Requirement Intake

You provide equipment specifications, quantities, required delivery location, and target date. We review your requirements and confirm scope before proceeding.

  • Manufacturer Identification & Qualification

We research and shortlist suitable manufacturers, issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and screen responses for technical capability and delivery reliability before proceeding to evaluation.

  • Technical & Commercial Evaluation

Offers are assessed against your technical specifications and total landed cost. We prepare a comparative evaluation and submit a clear recommendation to you with supporting documentation.

  • Contracting & Purchase Order

Following your approval, we issue a formal Purchase Order to the selected manufacturer and manage the contract terms, payment milestones, and delivery obligations.

  • Order Monitoring & Manufacturing Oversight

We monitor production progress against agreed timelines, follow up with the manufacturer at key milestones, and flag any delays or quality concerns to you immediately.

  • Logistics Planning & Export Compliance

We coordinate freight, customs documentation, and export compliance for international shipments, ensuring all paperwork is correct and in-country clearance requirements are met before goods move.

  • Shipment Tracking & Delivery

We track the shipment in transit and keep you updated at every stage. Delivery is confirmed only when the equipment is received at your specified location and accepted in good condition.

We conduct a structured technical evaluation of all manufacturer offers against your stated specifications before presenting options. This includes reviewing datasheets, material certifications, and compliance documentation. Where your specifications reference specific industry standards (such as API, ISO, or ASTM), we confirm these are met before issuing a purchase order. For critical equipment, third-party inspection at the manufacturer’s facility can be arranged on request.

Yes. In-country last-mile delivery is something we handle directly, particularly within Chad and the CEMAC region, where we operate our own logistics fleet. For remote sites, we plan the delivery route and transport method as part of the procurement scope. Provide your delivery location and any site access constraints when submitting your requirements, and we will factor these into the logistics plan and cost estimate.
