Our company
Founded in N’Djamena in 2019, OASERVS was built to solve a real problem: the lack of reliable, locally grounded service providers across Chad and the wider West and Central African region. From day one, we have focused on doing the work properly with the right equipment, the right processes, and people who understand the terrain.
Over the years, we have grown from a travel and logistics company into a multi-service provider serving oil and gas operators, construction companies, and businesses across Chad, Gabon, Cameroon, Congo, Nigeria, and beyond. Every service we offer is built around one goal: making our clients’ operations run smoothly, safely, and without interruption.

We track progress against scope, flag issues early, and keep you informed at every stage. For procurement, this includes shipment tracking and export compliance.
We close every engagement with full documentation (inspection reports, delivery records, or well status assessments) and remain available for follow-up support.

Our Story
OASERVS was founded in N’Djamena to serve visitors and businesses operating in Chad.
We started with a clear purpose to provide reliable travel support and logistics to clients navigating one of Africa’s most demanding operating environments. It was hands-on work from day one, and that mentality has never left us.We expanded our logistics fleet to include heavy-duty equipment for transportation, lifting, and civil works.
Recognising that our clients needed more than passenger vehicles, we invested in a heavy-duty fleet of cranes, excavators, dump trucks, forklifts, and more. This allowed us to support road construction companies and industrial operations across the region.
The company changed its name to OASERVS and entered the oil and gas technical services sector, adding wellhead services, procurement, and maintenance to our offering.
We saw a clear gap: oil and gas operators in Chad and the wider region needed a capable, locally grounded technical services partner. We stepped in to build the expertise and processes to deliver wellhead inspection, equipment procurement, and maintenance services to industry standards.
