We service a broad range of wellhead equipment including surface wellhead assemblies, Christmas trees, gate valves, choke valves, flanges, seals, and casing heads. If you have a specific component or configuration you need assessed, contact us with the details and we will confirm scope before mobilising.

For emergency well interventions, we aim to respond within 24 hours of your request. Mobilisation time depends on site location and the equipment and personnel required. We recommend contacting us by phone for emergencies. Our team will assess the situation immediately and give you a realistic mobilisation timeline on the same call.

Yes. Oaservs is registered in Chad and operates across the CEMAC region, including Gabon, Cameroon, Congo, and the Central African Republic, without requiring additional licences. For each country we operate in, we comply fully with that country’s applicable regulations. If your site is outside the CEMAC zone, contact us to discuss what is possible.

In many cases, yes. Where replacement parts are needed, Oaservs can source and supply components through our procurement service, managing manufacturer identification, technical compliance checks, and delivery to the site. If you know in advance that parts will be required, share the specifications with us before mobilisation so we can coordinate supply alongside the service visit.

Every wellhead engagement begins with a pre-job risk assessment and a clearly defined safety plan. Our teams work in accordance with HSE standards applicable to the site and country of operation. We align with your company’s site safety requirements and will request your HSE documentation and site induction procedures before arrival. All safety actions taken during the job are recorded in the post-job report.
