Q1. What is OASERVS?

OASERVS is a multi-service company based in N’Djamena, Chad. We provide technical, logistics, and procurement services to clients operating in the oil and gas, construction, and industrial sectors across Central and West Africa. We also offer travel support to visitors and business travellers coming to Chad.

OASERVS was founded in 2019 and has grown steadily since expanding our fleet, our service offering, and our regional reach over the years.

We are a Chadian-registered company operating under Chadian jurisdiction. However, we serve clients across Central and West Africa, including Gabon, Cameroon, Congo, Nigeria, Niger, and Ivory Coast, and we comply with the regulations of every country where we provide services.

Where We Operate

Q1. Which countries do you operate in?

Our primary market is Chad. We also serve clients in Gabon, Cameroon, Congo, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, and Niger. The nature of our services varies by country depending on local regulations.

Within the CEMAC region which includes Gabon, Cameroon, Congo, and other member states, our Chadian registration allows us to operate without an additional licence. For countries outside this region, such as Nigeria, Niger, and Ivory Coast, we provide procurement services and comply fully with the applicable tax and regulatory requirements for cross-border service providers.

Yes. Depending on the service required and the country involved, we can mobilise resources and coordinate operations beyond Chad. Contact us with your project details and we will confirm what is possible.

Q1. How do I get started with OASERVS?

Yes. We work with oil and gas operators, contractors, construction companies, and individual business travellers. Our services are designed to be practical and accessible regardless of the size of your operation.

We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. For time-sensitive situations, particularly emergency wellhead intervention or urgent logistics needs, contact us directly by phone so we can respond as quickly as possible.

Standards & Compliance

Q1. Do you follow HSE standards in your operations?

Yes. Health, Safety, and Environment requirements are embedded in how we work, particularly in our wellhead and inspection services. We conduct risk assessments, implement safety measures, and ensure our work is carried out in compliance with applicable industry standards.

We are currently in the process of building our formal certification portfolio. In the meantime, we work to recognised industry standards and are happy to discuss our processes and quality approach with any client who requires assurance before engagement.

We qualify manufacturers before engaging them, evaluate offers on both technical and commercial grounds, monitor production where necessary, and verify compliance before shipment. Our goal is to ensure that what arrives on your site matches exactly what was specified and agreed.
